Terms and Conditions


To book studio time, the client agrees to make payment based on the current rate. A specific non-refundable payment is required to confirm the studio booking. Once the booking and payment are approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the client.


Please be aware that bookings are non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule to another available date within one month of the original booking, given that a minimum notice of 48 hours is provided. Any notice received less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a reschedule fee equal to 20% of the original order. Furthermore, clients are allowed only one rescheduling opportunity; thereafter, refunds will not be granted.


Clients are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled booking. If a client arrives late for a session, they will bear full responsibility for the wasted time, as timeliness is crucial and cannot be extended. As we want to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers, we kindly remind you that we are very strict on timing. Considering the unpredictable traffic in Lagos, we request that you plan your journey accordingly and leave on time. In the event that you exceed your allotted time, there will be an additional charge in increments of 30 minutes at 27,500 naira each.

If the studio needs to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond their control, they will reschedule it at the earliest available time that suits the client's needs. Once a studio session/rental is booked, the requested time is exclusively reserved for the client and cannot be rented out to others. If the client chooses to conclude the session early, they will still be required to make payment for the entire reserved time. Refunds or credits will not be provided if the client decides not to utilize the entire reserved time.

Please note that any setup, makeup, or hair session is considered part of the client's scheduled time. Therefore, clients are kindly requested not to arrive earlier than their booking time for setup, makeup, or hair preparation.


Only the approved number of guests based on the booking category will be allowed to enter the studio and only the client/clients is allowed to be photographed in the studio. Pets, including dogs and cats, are not allowed inside the studio facility. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of the session without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio room at all times, including before, during, and after the session. Clients are requested to refrain from bringing in food, drinks, or any substances that may cause permanent stains or have a strong odor.


The client will be held accountable for any damage or loss that occurs to the studio or its property directly resulting from their misuse or carelessness, as well as those of their group.

By booking studio time and making the required payment, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions stated above and agree to abide by them.
